Website privacy notice

Last updated 28 July 2026

This notice is intentionally limited to the public marketing website. Product and customer-data terms are provided separately.

A plain-English summary of how the public YourZown website handles personal data.

Who we are

YourZown Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 15296942, with a registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. For personal data handled through this marketing website, YourZown Ltd is the controller. Contact us at [email protected].

What this notice covers

This notice covers the public website at yourzown.com, including contact and demo enquiries and optional website analytics. Customer, club and member data handled inside the YourZown product is subject to the relevant customer agreement, data-processing terms and in-product privacy information.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit in an enquiry, including your name, work email, organisation and message.
  • Limited technical and usage information collected by HubSpot only when you allow optional analytics cookies.
  • Basic server logs needed to operate, secure and diagnose the website.

Why we use it

  • To answer enquiries and arrange demonstrations, based on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and taking steps before a contract.
  • To keep the website secure and reliable, based on our legitimate interests.
  • To understand website use and marketing performance only when you have consented to optional analytics cookies.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to host the website and manage enquiries. HubSpot receives form submissions and, when you consent, analytics information. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where required, we use the transfer safeguards made available under UK data-protection law. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and your choices

Optional HubSpot analytics loads only after you choose ‘Allow analytics’. You can reject non-essential cookies or change your choice at any time using ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer. Opening the HubSpot booking calendar is a separate, user-requested action and may set functional cookies needed for that calendar.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential customer relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] to exercise a right.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
